Recently discovered Trachycarpus palm with bluish leaves, less hardy than T. fortunei. Due to little hardiness no longer available. Larger plants are illegally collected in the wild and therefore not offered here. Rare Palm Seeds has sold princeps-seeds in 2003-2004 of yet another Trachy, probably related to Tr. martianus. These seedlings are named Tr. princeps 'RPS-form' or 'sp. Nova'; they have green leaves - not bluish.
